Turtle Creek Association, a non-profit organization whose primary focus is to enhance, preserve and protect the Turtle Creek Corridor, opens the doors to five high-rise residences for their 2013 Home Tour on April 21 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. They will conclude with a separately ticketed post tour reception from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The 2013 Turtle Creek Association Home Tour is the primary fundraiser for the non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the Turtle Creek area’s 87 acres of greenways and parkland.
Four high rises and a town home are showcased in the tour and a limited number of separate tickets will be available for an “After Party” in the opulent two-story penthouse at The Vendome on Turtle Creek, described by Dallas-designer Neal Stewart as “an English country house in the sky.” Other homes included on the tour are modern high-rise condominium Azure, Dallas classic tower The Claridge, The Warrington with some of the largest terraces in the city and the newest high rise in the area, The Tower Residences at the Ritz-Carlton, Dallas. “This is a wonderful opportunity to walk through an array of architecture, design and art and enjoy unique views of Dallas,” said Jon Beasley, president of Turtle Creek Association. “We deeply appreciate the homeowners who have so graciously opened their homes to our fundraising tour.” Tickets for the Home Tour and After Party will be available for purchase beginning March 25th by calling 214-526-2800 or at www.turtlecreekassociation.org.
